About

You have the power to energize C# today!

C# is CMU’s largest student-run singing organization! Help us in our mission to foster a supportive musical community where our 50+ members can destress from their academic workload and grow as singers and performers. C# is home to three fun-loving performance groups - the C Sharp Singers, our competitive a cappella group, the D Flat Singers, our all-university choir and C++ Singers, our open performance group.

Your generous donations will allow us to increase engagement with our community, like hosting free concerts every semester, performing at local off-campus venues and commissioning pieces from student artists! See below for suggested donation amounts:

  •  $5 – fund 2 copies of sheet music
  • $10 – replace our broken power cord for Lenny (our keyboard)
  • $20 – buy a T-shirt for us to wear at concerts
  • $50 – help us invite professional musicians to host technique workshops
  • $100+ – help us commission and support living composers

To learn more about C#, visit cmucsharp.com or check out our Instagram at @cmucsharp. Thank you for your support!

Giving CMU Day is your chance to illuminate the next bright idea in C#! 💡
