You have the power to energize the Catholic Newman Club today!
The Catholic Newman Club at Carnegie Mellon provides a spiritual home for university students in conjunction with the Pittsburgh Oratory. Some important elements of providing this are hosting retreats, offering service opportunities, weekly faith formation programs and inviting students to the Fellowship Of Catholic University Students’ (FOCUS) annual Seek conference.
Your help with this fund will enable us to offset costs associated with each of these activities and ensure that all students have access to the truly life-changing power of the sacraments and intentional time for growing in fellowship. We have depended upon the generosity of donors for much of the cost associated with Seek over the past several years, and we are confident that many in our community will continue to support our club’s ministries on and off campus, especially the cost of transportation.
Additionally, this funding will allow us to lead more service efforts in the community, truly immerse students in Pittsburgh’s rich Catholic tradition, and support our regular formation and fellowship-focused events. We hope that you will help our initiatives so that we might reach the many hearts on campus who have yet to know Christ! May God bless you.
Giving CMU Day is your chance to illuminate the next bright idea in the Catholic Newman Club! 💡
