About

Please consider a gift to Club Swimming this Giving CMU Day!

CMU Club Swimming is a student-run organization that brings together athletes of all levels who share a love for swimming. Each semester, our club competes in multiple regional collegiate meets and proudly hosts a home meet, representing Carnegie Mellon with pride and giving members the chance to qualify for the season’s biggest event, CCS Nationals 2026. Beyond competition, we foster community by hosting social events that strengthen team bonds and providing members with customized merchandise that build identity and school spirit.

Our club offers students the opportunity to stay active, build lifelong friendships and represent the university in an inclusive, supportive environment. Despite the dedication and countless hours our members put into training, our ability to attend away meets, travel to Nationals, host social events and provide team gear is limited by rising costs in each respective field.

With your support, we can expand access to new competitive opportunities and provide the essential equipment that allow every swimmer to train and compete with confidence. Together, we can build a stronger, more connected team while creating lasting memories and friendships for the CMU community in and out of the pool.

Membership in this student organization and participation in its programs/activities are available to all students at the University, regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, or any other protected class.
